There are many ways to be involved in worship at First Baptist Church of Reading. We offer a blended service with some of the newest Christian contemporary songs alongside traditional hymns.Whether your gift is singing, playing an instrument, public speaking or drama, FBC Reading has a place for you.

The Worship Choir and Praise Band are the primary leading groups for Sunday mornings. The Worship Choir also presents seasonal programs for Christmas and Easter.

Come and join this friendly and devoted group of believers as we lead the congregation in worship each Sunday. We assure you that you will be blessed both by the spiritual and uplifting music and also by the wonderful group of men and women who love the Lord, love this church, and love music. 

Praise Band (currently not meeting)

Sunday mornings 8:30 a.m.

Our Praise Band is always looking for new singers and instrumentalists. You do not have to audition, just bring a passion for worship and a love for the Lord. Please email Dr. Kellie Tropeano if you have any questions.

Kid's Choir (currently not meeting)

First Baptist Church also offers opportunities for children to participate in a choir experience. All children in Pre-K through Grade 5 are invited to sing in the Kid’s Choir during Kid’s Church.
